Tickets go on sale Monday, July 27, for the Labor Day Beach Boys concert in Fairfield. It's a benefit concert for the David Lynch Foundation and the Sondheim Center. The outdoor concert starts at 2 p.m., but everyone's invited to come at noon and picnic on the grounds of the Fairfield Middle School, the site chosen to accommodate the large crowds expected. Ed Malloy is hosting the Circle of Passion Benefit Concert, Friday, April 10, 2009, 7:30 p.m. Stephen Sondheim Center, ($16 at box office) to support the Lakota tribe on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, one of the poorest areas of the country.
