			<description>Tea, the raw food diet isn't new and it isn't for white western people. Maybe you've never been here and are only speaking based on what you see on tv.

I agree with your comments about the fads, though. I couldn't believe the 'strictly meat and cheese' diet that some women were on a few years back. 

I am happily enjoying a diet that consists of raw foods every other day. I still get my cooked foods and starches in, I feel good and not like I'm on some crazy diet, and I have experienced some of the benefits of eating raw at the same time. - marisa</description>

			<description>It amazes me what white westerners go through trend after trend after trend. Westerners just keep shooting themselves in the foot touting extremes as &quot;the way to go!&quot; And hence you have the raw food diet, or the mostly fat and protein diet etc. Always bouncing from one extreme to the other. This doesn't only occur in diets but also in other parts of life like sports, television shows, etc. Have White people not learnt that moderation is always to be considered?
