Speaking of great regional restaurants, I went to Augusta in Oxford for Mardi Gras. And, I am glad I did. No reservations were required. Their New Orleans-trained chef put out a Fat Tuesday buffet that was delicious and sumptuous. I wouldn't have known about if it had received been recommended from the Source's readers.
