Sister Patchouli filming wrapped up shooting last Sunday at Richard and Bonnie Thompson’s home. It was a combined last scene and cast party for this epic film that featured over 40 local actors and one cameraman. Scott Thompson of Hometown Films was skillful, smooth and brilliant. Sondra Ward stars a Sister Patchouli. FF1 saw her in action close up. She was perfect for the role. Sister Patchouli is set to premiere in October.

 

Episode 2 & 3of Wormtooth Nation, the steam punk web series produced and directed by Geoff Boothby and Cullen Thomas, has been released. The series was filmed in Fairfield featuring local actors and locations. http://theskyisfree.com   

 

David Lynch to host two weekends a year in Fairfield. The next one is Oct 10-13, 2008.

 

On the Follywood Rumor Vine 2 more short films will be shot in Fairfield in the next month or so. More later.
