Place a plate of raw veggies and this sour cream dip in front of a pack of hungry kids and just try and stop them from eating their vegetables.
- 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tblsp. chopped scallions
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tiny pinch cayenne
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
