Sour Cream Dip: A Healthy Snack for Kids | A Healthy Snack That Kids Love

Place a plate of raw veggies and this sour cream dip in front of a pack of hungry kids and just try and stop them from eating their vegetables.

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tblsp. chopped scallions
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tiny pinch cayenne

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
