Feist Club Presents Burlesque on the Rocks | A Rock ‘n’ Roll Flavored Cabaret

The Feist Club performs March 18, 2017, at the Orpheum Theatre in Fairfield.

Come celebrate the Feist Club’s first performance of the year on Saturday, March 18, at the Orpheum Theater. The show will start promptly at 8 p.m., and the doors will open thirty minutes prior to showtime.

For the first time ever, the Feist Club Burlesque Troupe will collaborate with local artist David J. Murphy in pieces featuring live music and dance in the tradition of rock and roll.

Come for a laugh, a tickle, or a tease as the Feist Clubs shows you just what burlesque is.

This show will also feature traditional burlesque dances, comedy pieces, and a drag queen, and will debut singers from the Fairfield area. The evening will feature acts by Ziggy Tonic, the Feist Club Producer; Soleil Von Tease, the local infamous drag queen, and singer-dance Sebastian Gillespie and the event will be hosted by Zach Dean.

The Feist Club is a group of women who empower one another by embracing sexuality, sensuality, and the joy of being free. A portion of proceeds from every show is donated to a local charity. This year’s charity is the Lord’s Cupboard. By coming to a Feist Club show, you are supporting local artists, performers and entertainers —and you’ll have a good time while you’re at it.

The Orpheum will have beer, wine, and snacks for sale during the event. Tickets are $12-15, available at the door or preorder from feistclubburlesquefairfield@gmail.com or (641) 451-0766.
